Abrau-Durso Presents Abrau Yuzu Tonic, Inspired by Asian Culture and Modern Trends

The non-alcoholic range of Abrau-Durso Group of Companies has been expanded with a new product — yuzu tonic. Abrau Yuzu Tonic is inspired by modern Asian gastronomy and the growing consumer interest in unusual citrus flavors. Light and expressive, it opens up new opportunities for gastronomic experiments.
The new flavor continues the tonic range. The team of Abrau-Durso experts studied global trends and bar culture and took note of the growing popularity of Asian combinations featuring distinctive citrus accents. Ultimately, the choice fell on yuzu — a Japanese citrus fruit with a distinctive character that combines the freshness of lemon, the softness of mandarin, and the slight tartness of grapefruit. Today, yuzu is increasingly appearing in signature cocktails, lemonades, and modern pan-Asian cuisine, becoming a symbol of Asia’s new gastronomic flavor.
Abrau Yuzu Tonic has a light and refreshing taste with delicate citrus bitterness and a multilayered aroma. The beverage is perfect both for serving neat and for use in cocktails. It pairs harmoniously with gin, vermouths, bitters, and fruit cordials, and is also ideal for light non-alcoholic mixes in the style of Japanese highballs.
The new product’s design retains the recognizable style of the Abrau Tonic range while conveying a warmer mood. The pleasant soft orange shade of the label, created in a minimalist aesthetic, evokes the yuzu fruit itself while remaining close to the overall style of the collection. The 0.375-liter glass bottle makes the beverage versatile — suitable both for serving at home and for cocktail culture.
Abrau Yuzu Tonic comes particularly alive in mixed drinks. For example, in the Asia Collins cocktail[1], it complements Chameleon gin and Fuji-Sakura cordial with fresh citrus notes and a light effervescence. In the Non-Alcoholic Highball, yuzu adds freshness and balances the rich berry flavor of red bitters and blackcurrant syrup. And in the Portonic with Agdame Reserve, it reveals soft fruity sweetness and delicate citrus bitterness.
Abrau Yuzu Tonic is already available at Abrau-Durso branded Wine Atelier stores and on marketplaces. The price of the new offering at the Wine Atelier in Moscow is 189 rubles.
