The new Femme d'Abrau Rose, the first still semi-dry wine in the Abrau-Durso collection, continues the philosophy of the same-name collection: wine as a compliment to yourself. It is made from exquisite but demanding Tsimlyansky Cherny, a Don variety sometimes called Hrupkaya Kist for its difficult character, which means "brittle bunch". The pleasant sweetness in the taste of Femme d'Abrau Rose is born due to the stopping of fermentation and preserves the natural sugar of the grapes. Working with withered berries not only gave the wine a velvetiness, but also preserved the very energy that makes it so expressive.

The bouquet of the new Femme d'Abrau Rose is the freshness of a spring day. It reveals notes of tea roses, followed by rich tones of ripe garden strawberries, wild raspberries, bright grapefruit and eucalyptus. The taste of the wine is the perfect balance of delicacy of flavor and strong character: notes of sweetness are complemented by lively acidity.
